As Recruitment and Operations Director, Adam is responsible for the day to day management of the Company whilst also being directly responsible for all recruiting matters.

Since 2012 Adam has developed an expert level of knowledge in recruiting top talent, while being able to support and guide all types of businesses in their recruitment strategies. Adam is a very professional individual who brings a fresh and motivated approach to Recruitment with the objective to continue grow ACS and help businesses hire the best talent. Adam is innovative and highly capable of managing successful campaigns and initiatives designed to attract new candidates and facilitate the unique bespoke requirements of his clients while at all times being passionately committed to the delivery of outstanding customer service.

Before joining recruitment, Adam had a management background in automotive main dealer sales and banking industries. Working for top brands like Volkswagen and HSBC gave him the skill set to understand business, understand people and set his high standards for service and execution.

Stacey joined ACS Recruitment Consultancy in January 2009 on a part time basis after having her first child. She began working full time in September 2015 and has now taken on the role of Recruitment Consultant.

Prior to working for ACS Recruitment Consultancy, Stacey worked for Konica Minolta Business Solutions as a Hotline Supervisor providing IT support on the entire range of Konica Minolta multi-functional devices for both customers’ and technicians’ alike.

Proud to be part of the family business, Stacey is a very enthusiastic and customer orientated individual who strives to ensure the best possible service at all times.

Kathryn Owen

Kathryn has over twenty years of recruitment experience covering the end-to-end process from new business through to billing. She has covered many sectors including Automotive, Estate Agency, IT, Accountancy, Banking and Contact Centre and has a passion for resourcing and stand-out CVs. 

Having left the television industry after 16 years where she reached director level, Kathryn sought a new challenge within the recruitment sector until she was head-hunted to head and launch a specialist estate agency recruitment firm where she gained preferred supplier status for many of the top estate agents in Essex. Kathryn then left the firm to work freelance whilst bringing up her children, she thrives on providing a first-class service to clients and candidates alike.      

Having recruited for many of the main dealers across Essex, Kathryn is keen to use her industry knowledge at ACS Recruitment Consultancy.
