As Operations Director, Adam is responsible for the day to day management of the Company whilst also being directly responsible for all recruiting matters.
Since 2012 Adam has become an experienced Automotive Recruiter who is able to provide expert advice and support to all types of Automotive businesses and candidates. Adam is a very professional individual who brings a fresh and motivated approach to Automotive Recruitment with the objective to continue and progress within an industry that he enjoys being part of. Adam is innovative and highly capable of managing successful campaigns and initiatives designed to attract new candidates and facilitate the unique bespoke requirements of his clients while at all times being passionately committed to the delivery of outstanding customer service.
In 2007, Adam took a leap from banking to the motor trade and started with Volkswagen as a Trainee Sales Executive and after success with this was promoted to Business Manager within 18 months. After being highly successful for over 3 years in this role, Adam was then given the responsibility of managing the new car department and enjoyed working in a challenging environment. Communicating with people at all levels, Adam demonstrated his ability to deliver accuracy under pressure whilst delivering a great customer and client experience.

Stacey joined ACS Automotive Recruitment Consultancy in January 2009 on a part time basis after having her first child. She began working full time in September 2015 and has now taken on the role of Recruitment Consultant.
Prior to working for ACS Automotive Recruitment Consultancy, Stacey worked for Konica Minolta Business Solutions as a Hotline Supervisor providing IT support on the entire range of Konica Minolta multi-functional devices for both customers’ and technicians’ alike.
Proud to be part of the family business, Stacey is a very enthusiastic and customer orientated individual who strives to ensure the best possible service at all times.
Toria Preston

Toria joined ACS in July 2024 and was previously working as an Operations Administrator for an Automotive IT Company.
Having worked in Main Dealers since the 1990’s, Toria has extensive experience in customer satisfaction, and administration, including roles as Customer Relations Manager at Mercedes Benz, Lexus, and Audi.
Her track record of managing customer engagement, process management, and customer satisfaction aligns well with the requirements of her role at ACS Automotive.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending her time off with her family and friends.
Kathryn Owen

Kathryn has over twenty years of recruitment experience covering the end-to-end process from new business through to billing. She has covered many sectors including Automotive, Estate Agency, IT, Accountancy, Banking and Contact Centre and has a passion for resourcing and stand-out CVs.
Having left the television industry after 16 years where she reached director level, Kathryn sought a new challenge within the recruitment sector until she was head-hunted to head and launch a specialist estate agency recruitment firm where she gained preferred supplier status for many of the top estate agents in Essex. Kathryn then left the firm to work freelance whilst bringing up her children, she thrives on providing a first-class service to clients and candidates alike.
Having recruited for many of the main dealers across Essex, Kathryn is keen to use her industry knowledge at ACS Automotive Recruitment.
