MOT Tester
£30-34k per annum (+ £6k bonus)

Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday & 1 in 3 Saturdays (08.30am – 1pm)

Duties and Responsibilities include: 
•    Carrying out MOT service and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
•    Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control on test result and additional work necessary.
•    Ensuring quality inspection controls are carried out.
•    Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
•    Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
•    Maintaining good housekeeping standards 

Your background & skill: 
•    Must be a qualified MOT Tester. 
•    Experience using the MOT Juice system is preferred, but not essential 
•    Ideally from a main dealer background or MOT Centre background. 
•    Good time management skills.
•    Ability to work under pressure.
•    Quality awareness.
•    Customer awareness.
•    Communication and able to work within a team. 
•    Full driving license.
