Duties & Responsibilities of an Service Advisor:
- Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out.
- Informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
- Cross selling customer repairs and parts.
- Advising on technical queries or issues.
- Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the service department.
- Dealing with administrative tasks & invoices.
Your Background & Skill:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.
- Well-presented and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to build rapport and upsell work to the customer.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not a must.
